The marketplaces will be located close to the harbour alongside the "Strandkaien", which will be the main area, but also alongside "Skagenkaien" and "Ryfylkekaien" (see map on www.tallships.no).
The marketplaces will have following opening hours for sale:
* Wednesday 27 July: 15.00 - 21.00 (registration from 08.00)
* Thursday 28 July: 10.00 - 21.00
* Friday 29 July: 10.00 - 21.00
* Saturday 30 July: 10.00 - 21.00
* Sunday 31 July: 10.00 - 17.00
The cost for all days will be as follows:
* Tent 3mx3m placed at STRANDKAIEN: NOK. 9950,- VAT
* Tent 3mx3m placed at SKAGENKAIEN: NOK. 9950,- VAT
* Tent 3mx3m placed at RYFYLKEKAIEN: NOK. 8950,- VAT
NOTICE: If you need more then one tent, they will be linked together as one. Fill in below. If you have your own tent/stall, please contact us and we will decide if you are allowed to use this.
NOTICE: Ideal and/or voluntay organizations, associations and handcraft (specially maritime handcraft) will, under certain criterias be given a reduced prize for rent of marketplace. Please fill in information below.
The marketplaces will be allotted as soon as we receive your application, and as long as we have any space left! The application must be in our hands within 5 June, 2011. We will contact you shortly after receiving your application for formailizing of contract.
NOTICE: TSRS2011 has the full right to refuse applications which we find unsuitable for the event. A refusal may also occur if there are to many applications of a similar nature.
